Initial Comment:
The URL for the database that PackMan uses is currently at 
homepages.cwi.nl, but there is CWI-internal discussion on 
URLs. As this URL is hardcoded into pimp.py it needs to be 
a stable URL. We need either a firm commitment from CWI 
or a location on www.python.org or both. The latter with 
implementing a multiple-URL scheme in pimp.
