Summary: datetime docs need review, LaTeX
Initial Comment:
The datetime sandbox contains a plain text file,
docs.txt, with about 5,500 words of datetime
documentation. This needs review by someone other
than me, and LaTeXification too. Kill two birds with one
tedious stone <wink>.

The datetime docs now seem to be reasonably complete and
correctly marked up, so I'm closing this bug.

Outstanding -- thanks, Andrew! I burned too many candles
at both ends while scrambling to finish the code, and I'm
sure parts of the docs make no sense. Feel free to bug me
in email about the incomprehensible parts.

I'm volunteering for this -- I need to write a whatsnew section on datetime anyway.
