Summary: configure.in reference to /bin/true

Initial Comment:
Since rev. 1.405 configure.in has a reference to /bin/true, which
doesn't exist on MacOSX (true is in /usr/bin/true). I think replacing
with plain "true" is good enough, but I'm not sure, I assume the /bin/
true construct may be there for a good reason.
