Summary: MacPython for Panther additions includes IDLE

Initial Comment:
The second build of the MacPython for Panther additions 
includes the IDLE applet. But it doesn't work (because 
_tkinter and AquaTclTk aren't installed).

This should be fixed in the next installer. Moreover, it would 
be nice if there was something in place to do  a quick sanity 
check of installers (MANIFEST files with comparison to the 
previous installer?).
