Summary: texi2html.py not working
Initial Comment:
Tools/scripts/texi2html.py have several syntactic
problems(inproper indent level, unclosed brace, etc) and
raises a SyntaxError.
For example, at line 809
self.write(self.FN_SOURCE_PATTERN % {'id': repr(id))
should read
self.write(self.FN_SOURCE_PATTERN % {'id': repr(id)})
Looks like Revision 1.14 to 1.16 introduced these bugs.

Revision 1.17 fixed the SyntaxErrors. It's still not the
most robust script but it's basically working again.
