when I try to install python2.4. using the python-
2.4.msi-file, it stopps with the error message:
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error
installing this package. This may inidicate a problem with
this package. The error code is 2738"

For 2.4.1, I will try to do without VB.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/list/webdev.asp
and report whether this works?
