Summary: python24.dll installation problems

Initial Comment:
It seems that the msi installer does not overwrite an
existing python24.dll in the system directory.
Also, removing the 2.4 installation doesn't seem to
remove the python24.dll from the system directory.

I've seen both in win2k and winXP.
