I propose that the bgenlocations.py INCLUDEDIR should be 
changed to /Developer/Universal/Interfaces/
CIncludes

This is not an Apple endorsed location, but it makes more 
sense than /Users/jack/src/Universal/Interfaces/CIncludes

I've rejected this one in favor of #870997, which allows users to use any 
pathname they want.
