Summary: os.waitpid docs don't specify return value for WNOHANG
Initial Comment:
The library documentation for os.waitpid() does not
specify what the return value should be if the
os.WNOHANG flag is given, and the process still hasn't
exited.
p, v = os.waitpid(pid, os.WNOHANG)
Through trial and error I discovered that in this case,
os.waitpid returns the tuple (0, 0) if pid is still
running. This should be in the documentation for
os.waitpid().
