winxp sp2(chinese or japanese) and python 2.42
i have created a utf8 source file with BOM_UTF8
if i add a '#coding: utf8' at first line and run it,

The following patch (pythonrun.diff) should fix the
segfault. However UTF-8 files with a leading BOM currently
aren't supported. There's a pending patch
(http://bugs.python.org/1177307) that adds a utf-8-sig codec
for that.
