Minor error, epydoc reports the following:

This was not an important problem ten months ago but I
suggest that the reported problem needs attention - I no
longer have 2.3 installed.

Assuming for a moment that there is no problem with the doc
string then there was a problem with the epydoc/python
combination.  Shouldn't the problem have been passed on the
the epydoc people?
