Initial Comment:
One of my python code is like the following.

** mysrc.py **

str = 'I love Python'
print str.encode('UTF-8')

** **

this code runs well in python shell. But binary made by 
freeze.py results the following.
 
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/samy/src/mysrc.py", line 2, in ?

    print str.encode('UTF-8')
LookupError: unknown encoding: UTF-8
