Summary: Typo in signal.alarm() description

Initial Comment:
In the alarm() description paragraph on
http://docs.python.org/lib/module-signal.html , the
phrase 'no alarm id scheduled' should be 'no alarm is
scheduled' (i.e. the 'id' changed to 'is').
