Agreed. A PEP was already on my TODO list (although I don't mind if
someone else picks it up :-) I implemented the
dict-unpacking-in-dict-literal syntax in the mean time; it's pushed to
the starunpack bzr branch, but I'll add some actual tests before I
upload the patch.
