[issue2300] make html fails

I was suffering of the same error, so:

make clean: ok

make update:

svn update tools/pygments
svn: requerimiento REPORT falló en '/projects/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: Target path does not exist
make: *** [update] Error 1


Anyway, I went further and made...

make html: and it worked ok!
