[issue4096] Lib/lib2to3/*.pickle are shipped / modified in the build

the files
  Lib/lib2to3/Grammar2.6.0.final.0.pickle
  Lib/lib2to3/PatternGrammar2.6.0.final.0.pickle

are created/modfied during a build/test cycle. Is this expected, should
these be included in the release at all?
