attached patch for trunk-20090204:
- removed patch from issue4587 (not relevant for mingw) ;
- improved static build now succeed (use --disable-shared). this is
follow-up of issue4494 + ... (don't expect loadable modules to work on
windows) ;
- restore win32.S removed in r69260. thanks thomas.
