No regressions noted:
- DEPTARGET=10.3, 2-way i386/ppc, built on 10.5:
     regrtest on 10.4 ppc, 10.5 ppc, 10.6 i386
- DEPTARGET=10.3, 2-way i386/ppc, built on 10.4:
     regrtest on 10.4 ppc, 10.5 ppc, 10.6 i386
