Having "Christophe Simonis" in the nosy list is precluding NOSY changes. I guess the space is causing problems. Should we forbid spaces in usernames (maybe provided by OpenID, who knows)???

What do we need to progress in this issue?.

A rewrite to use Python 3 IO facilities?.
