[issue12753] \N{...} neglects formal aliases and named sequences from Unicode charnames namespace

For the "Line_Break" property, one of the possible values is "Inseparable", with 2 permitted aliases, the shorter "IN" (which is reasonable) and "Inseperable" (ouch!).
