[issue9205] Parent process hanging in multiprocessing if children terminate unexpectedly

Hum, I get a strange skip on a XP buildbot:

[224/354] test_multiprocessing
test_multiprocessing skipped -- DLL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found.

Yet _multiprocessing was compiled fine... Does anyone know what it means?
