IANANSOE (I am not a native speaker of English), but it seems to me that "Prepend path" is a bit terse, in particular since "Path" is being prepended *to*. How about "Add python.exe to the search path"? That it is added to the beginning could be elaborated (i.e. prepended) in the feature description.
