[issue14362] No mention of collections.ChainMap in What's New for 3.3

Raymond is the author of What’s New In Python 3.3 and of the collections changes (adding ChainMap and moving ABCs to collections.abc from the top of my head).  Maybe he’s waiting for later in the release cycle to review all changes and expand whatsnew.  Raymond, is that the case or would you like me to add a stub entry for collections changes?
