It would be convenient if instead of:
hdlr = logging.StreamHandler()
hglr.setLevel(logging.DEBUG)
root.addHandler(hdlr)
it would be possible to write:
root.addHandler(logging.StreamHandler().setLevel(logging.DEBUG))
