Yes (see 176fe1f8496f).  (By the way, I don't know if you can do this in your GUI, but how I found the revision was by doing 

  hg log -r "removes(Lib/test/test_importhooks.py)"

which recipe I found via google.)

So, it sounds like something may be wrong with the installer?
