New submission from OPi:

The test program:
#!/usr/bin/env python
# -*- coding: latin-1 -*-

print('test')

is correct in Python 3.3.3, but cause this error with Python 3.3.4:
  File "./test.py", line 3
    -
    ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

I use Windows 7, with bash (of Cygwin) and
Python 3.3.4 (v3.3.4:7ff62415e426, Feb 10 2014, 18:13:51) [MSC v.1600 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32
