I confirm that all links on this page lead to HTTP 404 errors:
https://docs.python.org/3/download.html

Same error for "dev" (3.5) version:
https://docs.python.org/dev/download.html

Python 2 doc can be downloaded:
https://docs.python.org/2/download.html
