[issue20580] IDLE should support platform-specific default config defaults

Ned, looking at config-keys.def, the Mac and Osx sections have a mixture of 'Command' and 'Control'.  I have the impression from what you wrote above that every 'Control' should be 'Command'.  Why are the sections as they are?
