[issue33355] Windows 10 buildbot: 15 min timeout on test_mmap.test_large_filesize()

Some buildbots migrated to faster Azure models. Tests are now run without the largefile test resource on other buildbots. It seems like the issue is gone. Thanks for everyone who helped to fix this bug!
