I'm not sure what you're trying to communicate.  The version of the docs I
got from you say "April 8, 2002", which is the same date now in BUILDno.txt,
as shown in the part of the patch you snipped out:

Are you saying that 8-Apr-2002 is now incorrect?  If so, you must have
changed the docs again, and I didn't hear about it; or if not, please
clarify what you are trying to say.
