Actually, Guido wrote that version.

BTW, I'm surprised nobody mentioned the easter egg at the conference
at all.  It can't be that nobody noticed it -- I mean, Guido
practically gave the whole thing away in his tutorial blurb, and the
shirts were no subtle clue either.  I guess the whole thing was just
too boring to mention.
