[Python-checkins] Notice: switching to unified diffs

I'm posting this here only, because if you're not on this list, you
don't care. :)

This is a heads-up that we're going to switch the checkins diffs to
unified format from the "context 2" diffs currently being sent.  In
general, unified diffs are more compact and easier to read.  I plan to
make the switch in the next day or two.

I hope this will be acceptable to the majority of list members.  If you
want to discuss, please email me directly.
