I'm going to be cutting 2.5a2 tomorrow. The trunk should be considered 
FROZEN from 00:00 UTC on the 27th of April (in about 12-13 hours 
time). Unless you're one of the release team, please don't make 
checkins to the trunk until the release is done. I'll send another 
message when it's done.
