You seem to be missing the point here. This exclusion list is not
for systems that don't *require* _POSIX_C_SOURCE, but for systems
that incorrectly *fail* if _POSIX_C_SOURCE is given.

So in essence, you are stating that future OS X releases will be
just as buggy as the current one. Please revert that change, and
make configure only take decisions for systems that actually have
been released.
