I think that's a config issue on my Mac.  I installed the Metissian bundle
of svn which installs svn* in /usr/local/bin.  That's not on the PATH that
buildbot gets when executed via cron's @reboot.  I just modified that and
rebooted the system.  Things are looking better.  It's in the midst of a
regrtest run at the moment.
