According to Marc-Andre Lemburg, distutils should continue to use the
old name. See http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-checkins/2008-May/069628.html.

Sorry Andrew, I am the guilty one, here, for not fixing properly the
ConfigParser import in the distutils of the py3k branch.
