I disagree.  I think the contents of the PEP as it was makes an  
excellent historical record of our evaluation, now likely googlable  
everywhere.  While /I/ might quibble with the outcome <wink>, I think  
it's useful to have that evaluation not stashed in caches, but right  
there in the document.

Maybe it's time to put out a call for volunteers?  New blood is always  
welcome.
