summary:

bpo-45792: Fix contextvar.Token's intersphinx FQN (GH-29533) (GH-29535)

Since `.. module:: contextvars` sets the module using `.. class:: contextvars.Token`, intersphinx records it as `contextvars.contextvars.Token`.
