Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems getting the u/i to work on my  
boxes.  I, with the help of Benjamin Peterson, stole lots of good  
stuff from it though!  We have a command line release.py script that  
automates lots of it.  I think the one big thing I'd like to teach it  
for next time is how to fiddle all the little bits of web pages that  
have to get updated.  Actually building the release, along with all  
the svn games and building the docs is now a pretty trivial exercise.
