Yes, I'm also not pleased about this uncoordinated SourceForge
opening which subverts my intention to have a list in a
crypto-liberal country.

I see no problem to start with the API with out a CVS archive and I
will ask the mailing list provider for a possibility to host a CVS
archive either if we ever manage to produce a worth mentioning
amount of code.
