[Python-cuba] Going forwards

It's been a week, and the person I reported is still at the head of this
group. He has also ignored my claims, completely erasing my existence from
participation in this group. It shows how serious harassment and
inclusivness are regarded by this person. This is a big problem in his
ability to manage and lead this group. His disregards in this matter has
forced me to take this to the next level.
