Hi everybody,

I'm glad to announce that Carlos Osiel (osiel8809 at gmail.com
<https://mail.python.org/mailman/options/python-cuba/osiel8809--at--gmail.com>)
organizer of Python Cuba (https://twitter.com/pythoncuba) has just joined
the list. He is at the forefront of PyCon Cuba as well as creating the
Python Cuba community. I've asked Carlos to outline what he needs from us
so that we may better help the new community being former in parallel to
PyCon Cuba.
