[Python-cuba] ACTION NEEDED: PSF Monthly Reports Due

OK, just a proposal on my part Olemis.

As long as you're not finding reporting duties getting in the way of other
work.

I know we said we could rotate reporting but I'm not close to the action so
have nothing new every month.

Down the road a ways, when we can look back on many completed events, might
be the better time to close off this list, I agree.

It could stick around as public / read-only.  "Yay we did it" could be the
epitaph.

In any case, lets pause and pop some champagne or whatever, job well done
(not taking credit myself, I'm mostly just a spectator in Cubo de Cuba :-D).

PS:  I'm very concerned about Puerto Rico which was supposed to vote again
this year (on statehood) but is now being run by some iron-fisted bankers
somewhere (who knows where anymore).  Pycon PR has become my new focus, but
I'm staying in lurk mode here.
