I don't think that's necessary; see my other post.  We should still
try to contact him if possible though.

My request for an LGPL'd copy was necessary because Mailman is GPL'd
(and Stallman suggested this as an acceptable solution).  It would be
just as fine for Mailman if an un-LGPL'd Cookie.py were part of the
standard Python distribution.
