There are two bug reports about build problems under Solaris (117508 and 117606). I don't have access to a Solaris machine, so I can't do anything to help these users. Since ActivePython is shipped for Solaris, I assume that you (or someone else at AS) does have access to a Solaris machine. Can you take a look at these problems?
