Actually, they're back in business, and they impoved the Bugs manager!
(E.g. there are now group management facilities on the fromt page.)

They also mailed around today that the move won't be until mid
October.  That's good, insofar that it doesn't take SF away from us
while we're in the heat of the 2nd beta release!
