!@$!#!  I didn't see anything on python.org or pythonlabs.com, so I
assumed it wasn't done yet.  Oh well, Distutils 0.9.4 will go out
shortly anyways.  I'll just go off in a corner and castigate myself
mercilessly.  Arghgh!
