I assume you mean a 2.1.x Czar :) I'm willing to do it, given that it
doesn't require much attention *now* (except checking the checkin messages,
which I do anyway) and I fully expect to be able to free all the time I need
in a few weeks anyway. But I'm perfectly happy with Moshe or someone else
doing it, too.
