I brought a more recent revision to CSCW 2002 and demonstrated it
there.  It's not what i would call production code, though.  The
most significant recent change is that little speech-bubble icons
now appear in the message body at the ends of paragraphs that were
subsequently quoted and replied to, so you can navigate forwards
from messages to their replies.

I'm sorry, i wish it were moving along faster too.  Maybe after
the next clump of deadlines passes (CHI demo Dec 16, CHI short
Jan 3, CHI long Jan 10, Usenix Security Jan 27)...
