[Python-Dev] missing a lightning talk

There was a lightning talk at IPC10 about a cataloging server that would
talk to multiple installation tools (ciphon, ActiveState, etc).  The name of
the tool escapes me and I don't recall the author's name.  His talk was near
the end.  I didn't see it mentioned on the lightning talks page:

Does anyone recall who and what I'm referring to?  As an added plus, do you
have contact info?  If nothing else, I'd like to get it added to the above
page.
